Vista Licensing
With the new Vista operating system coming out concerns have been brought up about how many times it can be loaded on a computer.
Originally it was One (1) time. But, now Microsoft has changed their mind and the license can be transferred as many times as you want to different computers as long as it is only loaded on one (1) computer.
But, if you purchase a computer with Vista already preinstalled then no license transfer is allowed.
